“We were attracted to your store by a web site that showed an ability to handle curved transitions and an attention to trim detail. We had a curved transition to tile that we wanted to keep and another store had told us they would prefer to straighten that out. Because of that it was also important to find a store that did the install work as well as selling us the wood. After talking with Al on the measuring visit, we had confidence that you folks would do a good job. The trim at each transition, the extra work done to turn corners around a fireplace hearth, the color matching on the heating grates, and the overall look were all done so well, that when the job we had originally contracted was nearly complete, we decided to add two more rooms.”

“Like many other homes in the Bend area, we suffered some water damage on our Hickory floor in January 2017. We contacted Exquisite Hardwood Floors and they were able to work us into their schedule. In addition to repairing the damaged flooring, they added matching hickory flooring in two adjacent rooms. Their highly-skilled crew was able to completely blend together the old and new making it impossible to see the margins. The crew always arrived as scheduled, and they were extremely careful not to mark up any walls or woodwork, and did a fine job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They even came back on Saturday to finish the final seal coat so we could move back in on Monday. It was a pleasure to do business with them and would heartily recommend them to anyone expecting a high-quality, professional wood floor.

“I can’t say enough good things about Exquisite Hardwood Floors. We were so pleased with how they installed our new hardwood floors last spring. You can imagine our dismay when a few weeks ago our beautiful new floors began to buckle due to ice dams and subsequent water leaks into our house. Exquisite was the first company I called and they were at my house the very next morning to help with the clean-up. When the cleaning company that was taking care of my wet walls failed to have enough drying equipment, Josh made a special trip back to my house to drop off another drying machine to use for the walls.
