FLOORING INSTALLATION
There are several installation methods depending on the material being used and the type of subfloor it’s being applied to. Our installers are expertly trained for everything from Full Spread Adhesive Glue Down, Nail Down or Full Floating LVP installations. We have years of proven experience over any Plywood, OSB, Gypcrete or Concrete subfloor including Radiant Heated subfloors. Exquisite’s staff are also trained using special technic’s to provide Custom Borders, Inlays and Radius Installations as well.
REFINISHING / RE-COATING
After years of service your hardwood floor will need to be refinished or recoated. If the surface wears through the floors will need to be Refinished-Sanded down to bare wood. At this point it can be Stained or Finished “Natural” color with different types of top coatings, Polyurethane, Waterbased Urethane or Rubio Oil finishes.
CUSTOM STAIRCASES
We have spent many years perfecting how Custom Stair Cases are done. Our staff manufactures almost all of the Staircases & Nosing’s we provide in conjunction with the flooring Exquisite Hardwood is providing. We have examples of different styles we can make for our clients which are color matched for the chosen floor. This includes Stair Treads, Risers and Nosing’s. The LVP floors have matching nosing for their products.
CUSTOM BORDERS & INLAYS
Technique involving laying multiple pieces down to create a pattern inside the hardwood. For example, a border or a mosaic.
