UNFINISHED WOOD FLOORING

Unfinished flooring is raw material made into 2” Strip or Wider Planks that are Square Edge with No Beveled on the sides or edges. When unfinished hardwood flooring is Sanded and Finished on site, there are no lines in between the boards, and you will get a perfectly flat, smooth floor. These can be customized in the finishing process providing a choice in the stain color and the protective top layer of oil or urethane finish.

ENGINEERED WOOD FLOORING

Engineered wood floors are designed to have the same look, feel and finish as traditional solid hardwood flooring, however they are not solid wood. Engineered hardwood floors are manufactured using a substrate of plywood or other cores, then covered with a layer of solid hardwood flooring. In addition, Engineered Hardwood Flooring can be Unfinished and Finished On-Site or Prefinished ready to be installed in a verity of Widths, Thickness & Species. Engineered hardwood flooring looks very similar to a solid hardwood floor on the surface in most cases. Engineered flooring is somewhat less expensive than a solid hardwood and most types can be sanded, refinished or re-coated during their lifetime depending on the thickness of the top wear layer.

SOLID WOOD FLOORING

As the name suggests, is made of solid wood throughout its thickness. It is usually made of a hardwood species, such as Hickory, Oak, Maple, Etc, and its major advantage is that it can be sanded and refinished many times over the course of its lifespan.

LUXURY VINYL PLANK

LVP or Luxury Vinyl Plank, is a durable, affordable, and beautiful alternative to hardwood flooring. It’s well-suited for a variety of residential and commercial applications, and, when installed correctly, perfectly mimics the look, texture, and warmth of real wood. These are a budget friendly option featuring a waterproof, non-slip surface and easy maintenance with cleaning.
